Who we are

Sinister Props operates this store at sinisterprops.com. For privacy questions or requests, email Vspringston@cotsforvets.org.

Information we collect

When you browse, create an account, request a quote, or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details, order details, and messages you send us. The site also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and activity needed to operate and protect the store.

How we use information

We use this information to maintain your account and cart, process payments and orders, calculate tax and shipping, deliver products, respond to questions and product issues, prevent fraud, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Payments and service providers

Payment information is processed by the payment method you choose at checkout. Sinister Props receives transaction and order information but does not store your full card number on this website. We share only the information needed with providers that support our website hosting, payment processing, tax calculation, shipping, and order fulfillment. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and similar technology

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and checkout session, and keep the site working. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent account or checkout features from working.

How long we keep information

We keep account, order, and support records for as long as needed to provide the store and customer support, comply with tax and other legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business. Retention periods vary by record and applicable requirements.

Your choices and requests

You can update certain account details from your account page. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, email Vspringston@cotsforvets.org. We will review requests subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or transaction purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store changes. The version posted here will show the date it was last updated.
